Our methodology is rooted in scientific rigor. We specialize in end-to-end eDNA metabarcoding — from high-efficiency field kits to decision-ready reports. Using Illumina NovaSeq technology, we deliver exceptional depth and sensitivity in species detection across marine, freshwater, and terrestrial ecosystems. 

We believe biodiversity data should be accessible and standardized. Our VeriSeq™ platform is built to be flexible, allowing monitoring programs to start with a robust standard core and expand as project requirements evolve, all while maintaining year-over-year comparability.

Dr. Kristen Westfall 

Kristen co-founded eCODE Genomics driven by one goal: getting eDNA science into the hands of the people who can use it. With a PhD in marine biology and over a decade working in eDNA since the field’s early days, she’s helped pioneer its application to aquatic invasive species, species at risk, and marine and freshwater conservation.
